What is a Ground School?

 

Ground School is where your dream of becoming a pilot begins. You will learn the basics of flight, regulations, airspace and more, before getting into the pilot seat. Finally, it prepares you to pass your FAA written examination and oral test of the checkride, and to make your dream a reality.

Red Horse Aviation offers a range of services for ground school training.

  • If you are not located in Southern California and are doing your training elsewhere, make sure to see our Online Ground School courses. 

  • If you are local to Southern California or plan on stopping by in the near future, we offer in person (1-on-1) ground training.

Conque the skies as the Pilot in Command (PIC), nonpaid, of a single engine airplane. This online course well get you started to pass the FAA Witten test.

Have you been away from flying for awhile, or simply need a refresher on a curtain topic. We have put together a course to knock the rust off.
